2 composition of Electric Control System
The system consists of several parts as follows: pre-treatment Control System, drying strove control system and hang chain control system. The function of each part is as follows:

(1)Pre-treatment control system: to start and stop the sprinkle pumps. Make the control circuit of pumps and motors independently. And there is a manual switch near the pumps to against accident as well as operation the pumps conveniently.

(2)Drying Oven control system: The function is to control the heating system and the temperature controlling system automatically. Heated air circulation blower and heating device can delay joint interlock, that is to say, first starting heated air circulation blower and opening the heating device after delaying for a while. When stopping strove, it automatically shut off heated air circulation device. Temperature control sytem has automatic control with temperature controller. For example, when there is something wrong with overtemperature or heated air circulation device, it will automatically cancel heating device and send signal of sound and light

(3)Coveyor system: frequency converter with the characteristic of equability, safety, reliability and no fluctuation when running. When the hang chain overloads or happens unexpectedly, it will stop working automatically and alarm by means of sound and light due to protection mechanism.
3 Comprehensive illustrationtion    
(1)The equipments needed to heat and for temperature control use temperature controller to work. Temperature show makes use of digital gauge; in addition, over temperature alarm buzzer is set up. When the setting starts, heating, controlling, and examining
(2)The central control unit which has the automatic and manual running function consists of PLC and touch screen. Automatic way is that when starting the running button, the whole production line will open the pumps, blowers and heating device according to program in procedure by itself. Manual operation means starting the above-mentioned device by manual
