Main equipment and the process
a)Pretreatment:
hot water washing→pre-degreasing→degreasing→water washing→phosphsting→pure water washing→electrostasic→UF1→UF2
b)Conveyor System
including :Self trolley transportation system ,load-bearing beam, electric chain  hoist,aluminum alloy track,collector,Sliding contact line, turnout, maintenance platform and steel structure
c)Drying Oven:
a drying passage
a heating system: heating chamber, the chamber of a stove or furnace and heat exchange device, combustion machine and hot air circulation fan, 
hot air circulation system :Heating chamber is equipped with the hot air circulation fan, decorate on both sides of the heating chamber; Combustion chamber is decorated in the middle of the heating chamber, the lower part of the stand
an exhaust system:
Automatic temperature Control System:the temperature measuring system, temperature control system and overtemperature alarm system, etc. Through the sensor, the digital display to control temperature controller and ac contactor components to complete the whole process of measurement and control temperature automatically.
