Working Principle:
Chain conveyor equipment is a kind of transporting equipment which can continuously transport bulk materials by means of moving chains in closed rectangular casing. When scraper chain conveyor transports horizontally, the pressure which comes from chains in conveying direction to the materials and the action which comes from the materials themselves cause internal friction. Conveyor special components:
1. Scraper chain: Forged links, alloy steel.
2. Head section: The head wheel is made of wheel hubs and tooth blade, tooth blade with strict heat treatment.
3. Middle section: The rectangular closed case, with upper and lower wear guide, materials: 65Mn. Set wear resistant plates on both side plates.
4. Tail section: With a tension device. It can adjust the length of scraper chains.
