2. Main equipment: 
1). Basement: 
A. Adopt to coating spray on surface and galvanized plates, the botton legs can adjustable. 
B. The botton supporting frame can be adjusted optionally to ensure the air flow rate uniform in th booth. 
C. Loading capacity can up to several tons. 
2). Bouble wall panels: 
1. With rock wool EPS insulated which has good sealing and insulation performance, and also keep the booth inside dust-free. 
3)Filter
The ceiling filters can effectively filtering 10 micron particles with filtration efficiency up to 99%. The liberglass can effectively filtrate the paint mist. 
4)Fan
The transmission efficiency can achieve 100%, save the energy, smooyh operation, low noisy
5)Heating system
The heat exchanger is made of imported high temperature resistant stainless plates, the exchanger effeciency is up to 90%, 
6)Enhanced curing system-air nozzles(Adjustable)
Enhanced curing system-air nozzles: Blown from top side with supply of strong hot air throug secondary filtration. It is adjustable and multi-direction, makes the curing and solvent volatilization time for the water-borne coating greatly reduced.
